My template program is for those who are not ready to invest in 1:1 coaching. The template program is designed for you to follow individualized nutrition protocols that I set for you, on your own. Along with a general 12-week strength and hypertrophy training program to follow.
Available to those who are a professional in tracking their macros and achieving goals on their own, but have plateaued and need a macro adjustment or advice.
