I will not offer, recommend, or advise anything that will put your overall mental & physical health at risk. So, no, you will not find any quick fixes or extreme dieting tactics here 🙂

I believe in sustainability, because what's the point in doing something that won't last?

I believe in educating and guiding my clients so they can learn and trust themselves to make choices that support their health or goals beyond their journey with me.

I value a client centered approach and a nonjudgmental environment where I empower my clients to overcome self limiting beliefs and step into their gym queen era
