We ended up doing a reverse diet and MAN was that the greatest thing ever. By going through this reverse diet with Chan I feel like I basically reworked my relationship with food from the ground up. When we started I was eating MAYBE 100 grams of protein a day, but over the course of the year I can now consistently hit over 160 grams of protein EASILY. I am making healthier decisions with and without tracking and I’m not afraid to fit in the fun foods here and there while mostly maintaining a balanced and healthy diet. By the end of my reverse with Chan I was consistently eating over 2800 calories and maintaining my current weight (pretty sure, never actually weighed myself but progress pictures don’t lie). Now that my program is over I feel confident that I will be able to work myself through a small cut using Chan’s template program. I am so so thankful for the work we did together and 100% would recommend working with Chandler to anyone and everyone!

I reached out to Chandler in hopes of ending my constant pattern of going back & forth from diet programs. I was unhappy with my body and convinced I could not change how I looked or felt. The most flexible “diet” ever actually worked for me. I didn’t see a huge change in the scale, but for once in my life that didn’t matter to me!! My clothes fit better, I was more energized, felt more confident and really saw a change in my pictures from week to week. These types of changes beat the scale any day. I started with Chandler because I was really frustrated with my lack of results and consistency. Although I am a coach myself, it’s a whole different ball game trying to coach yourself! Chandler guided me and held me accountable throughout the whole process. She gave me permission to eat more which I didn’t believe would work for me (even though I’ve seen it work for other people). That’s kind of what happens when you’ve had disordered eating habits for so long your brain tricks you into thinking that it won’t work. Although I still deal with binge eating (fitness coaching is not meant to cure it or treat it) I definitely felt that it helped me get better because Chandler helped me heal my relationship with food. Her coaching style is very empathetic and focuses on the positives and what we can improve on rather than harping on the things you shouldn’t do. I’ve had coaches before that would shame me into not doing certain things so Chandler was a breath of fresh air and really supported me the way that I needed. I definitely recommend her to anyone trying to gain muscle, lose weight or learn about nutrition ◡̈
